FLASHBACK OF OUR 30 YEARS JOURNEY
Way back in 1991, the three brothers Mr. Imtiyaz Ahmed, Mr. Mumtaz Ahmed & Mr. Shahanawaz Ahmed, Unani practitioners started treating the people of Jharkhand through traditional herbal remedieswhich were carefully picked & processed themselves for various chronic ailmentsat JHARKHAND DISPENSARY. Initially their main focus was on the treatment of joint related issues, Thyroid, reproductive issues, diabetes etc.
Jharkhand, a very remote state of India is one of the richest mineral zones in the world. It is endowed with rich cultural heritage with luxuriant forest, immense bio-diversity, moderate climate & tribal community. These tribal community play a prominent role in safe-guarding the forest which has varieties of medicinal herbs & plants that helped them in developing the purest Ayurveda medicinal formulations to treat the chronic ailments.
Tribal community couldn’t afford to have expensive treatment & relied upon the alternative medicines to treat the diseases. They have been successful in treating patients who were advised to do surgeries by the Allopathy doctors. As years passed Jharkhand dispensary emerged as a ray of hope to thousands of people in & around Jharkhand &Lohadarga district people. Lohadarga district is well- known for its bauxite mines which is rich in minerals & forest producing herbs with medicinal values is an asset for us to develop the organic medicines grown in a pollution -free environment to treat the ailments effectively.
2003
The success story of Jharkhand dispensary was mostly through the word of mouth. The satisfied customers spread their success stories to their near & dear ones & thus it became a household health center for the people in & around the state. They never advertised their practices & it was their sole intention for the benefit of people who couldn’t afford expensive medical treatments. They bought the finest, pure, organic herbs from the dense forest & hilly areas which were protected by the tribal community & developed through years of research. Their family practiced this age-old tradition from ages & the three brothers continued this mission of bringing a change in health system with their ancient home-remedies which was like reviving our forgotten hero (AYURVEDA).
2006
Though their elder brother continued Practicing in Jharkhand dispensary, the youngest of the three, Mr. Imtiyaz Ahmed tried his hands with network marketing reaching out to people with various health & beauty products as an alternative source to income as well to understand the marketing strategies. The outcomes of these products made him to think of starting their own health business with a noble mission to help the needy. This thought led to start a new venture by name JH HERBAL FIT, a startup company through which they tried serving the people with their age -old remedies. As a family they discussed the pros & cons & used their contacts to reach out to the vast sect of people in their surrounding areas. His 15 years of experience in network marketing made him realize that Network marketing is the prominent way to establish their business. The need of organic method of medications was lacking in our society & thousands of people were suffering due to poverty & lack of education in their state.
2019
The word-of-mouth marketing was the only source they relied on to expand their business. They believed in actions rather than just empty promises.They tried to identify the major challenges that may come across and nurture their business through overcoming the obstacles. The Pandemic phase brought in the younger brother, Mr. Imtiyaz Ahmed a visionary thought to utilize their years of practical knowledge & help the one’s who were in pain.They being the Self-Made Entrepreneurs have finally spread their wings opening up their new venture JH HERBO SHINE, a promising herbal-based company with humble background, product originality & a sustainable realistic vision to bring a change in Indian health system from November 2019 onwards. Covid-19 had pressed a panic button in people’s mindset. Many youths have lost their jobs & are facing financial crisis. Inorder to give them financial stability as well as health security JH Herbo Shine will emerge as an 21st Ayurveda Networking company retaining its originality & traditional formulas in all their products which are result oriented & effective in all ailments.
